The National Gardens Scheme opens many gardens to the public, many of which are not normally accessible in order to raise funds for Charity.
Every year 4,000 local gardens from all over England & Wales open their beautiful gardens for the National Gardens Scheme (NGS) allowing people to visit & experience some of the best gardens around.

All entrance fees and proceeds go to the NGS who then distribute funds to charities like Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Help the Hospices & The Queen’s Nursing Institute.
In 2011, NGS gave away £2.6 million to these wonderful charities.
